Why should I choose a Virtual Assistant over hiring a member of staff?

In a short period of time, you’ll notice that a virtual assistant does not incur the costs that an employee does. You don’t have to rent office space for me to perform my job. There’s no need to pay for and provide equipment; I come with everything that I need to perform the task(s) at hand. Then there’s the employee benefits: holiday pay, sick pay, national contributions; none of this applies with a VA. You only pay for the work that I actually do. No paying for me to stand around and have a chat by the water cooler. You really do get your money’s worth!

What geographical areas do you cover?

I operate any and everywhere in the UK. The great thing about virtual assistance is that travelling and location doesn’t become a factor because I work remotely. So, wherever you or your business are in the UK, you’ll feel as though your virtual assistant is right by your side.

What sort of work do you do for your clients?

A great deal! My services page reflects an array of different tasks that I can do. But, if you have something more specific in mind, get in touch and I’ll work with you to see if it’s something I can take care of for you. I’m confident that we can work something out.

Should I be concerned about confidentiality?

I know how important it is to keep yours and your clients’ information private. As a business professional, I understand how crucial it is to protect your business. My terms and conditions document is a contract which includes a confidentiality clause and is legally binding. So, you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

Are there any hidden fees?

Not at all! With Crucial VA, what you see is what you get. From one small business to another, I’m here to support you!

If you ask me to take care of a special task that is not within normal scope, I will always let you know beforehand of any additional fees and/or hours required to complete before commencing/continuing with the work. You’ll never be charged for something that wasn’t agreed upon. So, you always know what to expect at all times.

How does payment work?

I have a simple approach to payment. I call it the Crucial VA Debit Card system. You purchase your Crucial VA Debit Card in advance, here on my website, and then we get to work!

You have the option to purchase time in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 hours and each block purchased is valid for six months!

What happens if I purchase more hours than I need?

The great thing is that all blocks of time purchased are valid for six months, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to use the time that you’ve purchased.

Also, I use Clockify to track my time and invoice in 15-minute increments. So, you don’t have to worry about being charged a whole hour for the sake of five or ten minutes; you’ll always get your money’s worth!
